Recent news

Madison released an album with the MiDGaR Ensemble. Titled Mélodies de la vie, the album features eight songs from video games. It can be purchased on Bandcamp and is also available on audio streaming services. 

Her thesis, titled 
Why is Aerith Singin'?: Diegetic Musicking and and Relationships in Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth (2024) recently published through ProQuest. 

Madison's article "The singing protagonist: Voice and identity in Transistor (2014) and Wandersong (2018)" published in a special issue of the Journal of Interdisciplinary Voice Studies.
